Alumni Advisory Council Nomination Form

To seek broad and representative external advisement from alumni to help the College of Education achieve its mission and mandate, and strategic plan. Length of appointments are for three-year renewable terms. Appointments will be staggered with rolling intake.

Nominations Procedure:

To submit a nomination, please provide the following information:

• Name of alumnus being nominated
• Graduation year (if known)
• A statement of why the nominee should be considered for the Advisory Council (500 words maximum)
• CV
• An additional letter of support
• After completing the nomination form, please send a copy of the nominee's CV and support letter to rob.lovelace@usask.ca
