In recognition of the United Nations International Day for the Elimination of Racial Discrimination, the College of Education invites you to attend a day of learning and reflection.
The following speakers and topics will be explored. Lunch will be provided to those who register in advance. Everyone is welcome.

9:50 - 10:50 am: Reparative Pedagogies: Learning from the Education, Justice and Memory Network, opening keynote address by Dr. Julia Paulson, dean, College of Education and Education, Peace and Conflict researcher
11 am - 12:10 pm: Breakout Panels
- Quance Theatre: Panel presentation on understanding the relationship between Christianity and Anti-Oppressive Education featuring Dr. Geraldine Balzer, Mel Sysing and Dr. Lynn Caldwell.
- Room 1004: Panel presentation on Current Trends and Issues in K-12 Anti-Racist Education featuring Jenn Altenberg, Janice Reigert and Cheryl Ermine.
