About

Charles Paul Bazin Webster is a non-Indigenous bilingual (French and English) Treaty 6 person born in raised in Saskatoon. Driven by a deep commitment to education, he has supported the teaching profession and advocated for equity and justice in Saskatchewan for 20 years.  

His teaching experiences in English and French immersion PreK-12 public education span Moose Jaw, Regina, and Saskatoon. He has been trained and served as a Dakota Fire Keeper community officer and has completed level I and II Treaty Catalyst Teacher training. Past educational services include classroom teaching, teacher librarianship, and the roles of resource teacher and case manager for intensive support students. He has leadership experience as an elementary vice principal, an instructional consultant, and a program coordinator in Saskatchewan’s largest urban school division. Prior roles and responsibilities included implementing educational policy across the policy chain, designing, delivering, and measuring large-scale professional learning, professional coaching and mentoring new and existing teachers and administrators, participating in and managing system processes, leading complex initiatives, building and maintaining strategic partnerships, and developing innovative programming in PreK-12 educational contexts.
